This lovely home in the Guelph area offers the perfect landing pad for family reunions and micro retreats. Located in the countryside, within quick driving distance of Elora, Fergus, and Guelph, your exploration of the area will come easily. Nearby in the picturesque village of Elora, named "Ontario's prettiest town," there are excellent shopping, dining, and outdoor adventures to be discovered, including hiking, zip-lining & tubing through the famous Elora Gorge. The Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory is only a 25-minute drive away. Adjacent to the home is a Goldendoodle puppy nursery, which operates only in spring and summer. In season, you may get a glimpse of beautiful, ethically raised puppies playing in the warm weather.
On days you'd prefer to stay closer to home, simply head for the large yard, complete with a private pool, hot tub, trampoline, grill, sandbox, and firepit. When the little ones of the family aren't hanging out here, they'll enjoy the toys, board games, and two living rooms with smart TVs available inside.
